Week from you know where!

This week started off with Jonathan and Lucy at home sick. On my way into work on Monday, a deer hit me! Did damage to my car, but I was not hurt and Lucy wasn't in the car.

Then Lucy kept spiking a high fever. She was sent home from daycare on Tuesday and they said she couldn't go back until Thursday. But she is feeling better and has been fever free since Tuesday.

Then this morning, Friday, I dropped off my car at the shop and picked up a rental. On my way into work from the rental place, I was rear ended. Luckily no damage was done, but started the day off bad.

The positive side of today was that it was my work's Halloween party and Lucy got to come for the kids costume party.

Thank goodness for Lucy being so cute or else this week would have just depressed me!

The first time in a long time

Our little one slept through the night! It wasn't a completely uninterrupted night, since she managed to trigger the baby monitor a couple of times... but not a peep from her until around 5 am. I think we're finally on the mend!

Update from the plague house

Everyone has been sick in one way or another over the past week. It's starting to get old. So far I've gotten away the easiest, but today it feels like I'm catching up again. Tina and Lucina have been to the doctor to rule out Strep throat since apparently that made a visit at daycare.
